Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are based on Fed/Ex published rates. Rates will vary due to location and method chosen at checkout.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Depending on order volume, it may take up to four business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Note: all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes – Fed/Ex ships to both.

What countries do you ship to?

Our site is set up to ship to the US and Canada only. We can ship worldwide. If you are outside of the US, please contact customer service at [email protected] for help with your order.

 

Returns & Replacements

Cancellations

An order may be canceled for a full refund before it is to be shipped from the warehouse in preparation for shipment. After an order has been placed, and in shipping preparation, you will no longer be able to cancel an order and will need to reference our return policy to process the return.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. We are certain your will thoroughly learning from and training with your Puck Tutor every day! PuckTutor stands behind its product and our commitment to your satisfaction is a top priority. Unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Returns

Products in “New Condition” may be returned within 30 Days of purchase for a full refund. For the Puck Tutor Training System, “new condition” means the protective film and top graphic has not been damaged and the unit can be resold as new. The unit must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging for a full refund. Restocking and Shipping Fees will apply for a unit not returned in “new condition” within a 30-day time frame.

Refunds within 30 days of purchase

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be credited to your credit card or original payment method, minus any applicable costs.

Products that are returned used or do not contain all original product packaging will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping and any applicable charges for damages.

Items damaged during shipping

You will have 10 days from delivery date to make a claim for any damages to the unit during shipping. After that time period, any damaged claims will be denied.

Steps for Returning a Unit

Step 1: Contact Puck Tutor Customer Service at [email protected] and include your proof of purchase receipt (.jpg, .pdf).

Step 2: Upon receiving your information, we will issue you a return label. You will be given instructions on our return process. Your Puck Tutor product must be returned to the original packaging.

Step 3: When a return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your credit card or original payment method, minus any applicable costs due to damage.
